Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a registered social landlord committed to providing safe, quality homes for tenants, to appoint an interim Damp and Mould Surveyor and help improve homes and communities within Cornwall. As a Disrepair Surveyor, you will: Conduct thorough property inspections to identify DandM issues. Prepare accurate reports detailing findings and recommendations. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to resolve matters promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with housing regulations, policies, and health and safety standards. Monitor ongoing repair projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and quality standards. What We''re Looking For: Proven experience in disrepair surveying or a related field. A relevant qualification in surveying or construction Strong knowledge of housing legislation and building standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive tenant concerns. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
