The platform is expanding into new product lines and markets, and theyre now hiring a VP of Engineering to lead this next chapter of growth.This is a high-impact leadership role where engineering is deeply connected to business strategy, domain complexity, and precision execution.The Opportunity:As VP of Engineering, youll shape and scale a world-class engineering org, strengthen architectural direction, and help the company evolve its platform into a robust, cloud-native, multi-product offering.What Youll Do:Own and evolve the engineering function structure, hiring, delivery, and performanceDrive architectural direction, with a strong focus on cloud-native SaaS infrastructureLead end-to-end delivery in a technically demanding and regulated environmentFoster a culture of engineering excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and high accountabilityPartner closely with Product and Regulatory experts to align strategy and executionUplevel observability, DevOps, and data pipeline maturityLanguages:
