Accounts Assistant

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a client who is based in Windsor. The primary objectives of the role will be to support Accounts in day-to-day finance administration. Fully office based.This role is ideally suited to someone at the begining of their finance career with a maximum of two years experience.Competitive salary and benefits.The Accounts Assistant duties will include:Printing out incoming invoices, logging on accounts payable/Sage and issuing for sign off, update on Sage/Accounts once payment made.Processing sales invoices, loading onto SageCredit control, including management of accounts receivable ledger, chasing outstanding debtors and answering supplier queriesSupporting the preparation of the monthly management reports.Print end of month report and distribute to board.Assist Contract Managers in updating forms for client projectsInvoices and statements hard copy filingMonthly supplier statement reconciliationsDaily bank reconciliation with SageSupporting the weekly payment run processExpenses: check receipts and calculate VAT and totalsAssistance with updating internal processes to drive efficiencies in the finance departmentPoint of contact to answer queries from external auditors during annual audit The Accounts Assistant required skills and experience:Experience in an accounts/finance support role maximum 2 years exerience.Competence/experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks ..... full job details .....
