You will support month-end processes, prepare board reporting packs, monitor performance against budgets, and provide insightful financial information to support business decision-making. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations, and support the development of a high-performing finance function. What you''ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance position. You will have strong financial reporting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
