Sous Chef - Fantastic Opportunity with Award Winning RestaurantA Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Kingham area of Oxfordshire for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their award winning Fine Dining pub and Restaurant.This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for lunch and dinner service. This is a fantastic Sous Chef opportunity with a great kitchen that has won awards and recognition for its food. All dishes made on site dailyKitchen Management duties - supporting Head and Sous ChefThe PersonYou will already be a Sous Chef or a strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion.Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skillsExperience of working in fresh food kitchens ideally to 2AA rosette level or higherHighly motivated and focused.
