Whether you''re working alongside experienced peers, supporting major bids, or leading solution delivery, you''ll be instrumental in helping usand our customersstay ahead of the curve.What you''ll doAs a DevSecOps Solution Architect, you''ll be at the forefront of customer engagements, providing both pre-sales and post-sales consultancyLead the design and implementation of secure, scalable DevSecOps solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environmentsAdvise customers on best practices for CI/CD, containerisation, and integrating security across the SDLCCollaborate with Sales and Consulting teams to develop technical proposals and bid responsesFacilitate customer workshops, design reviews, and solution assurance activitiesDrive innovation and thought leadership within the Practice by defining standards, sharing knowledge, and mentoring peersInfluence customer outcomes through expert knowledge of DevSecOps tools and compliance frameworks like NIST, CIS, SOC 2, and PCI DSSYou''ll travel to client sites across the UK, working directly with business and technical stakeholders to drive real business valueWhat you''ll needProven experience leading DevOps or DevSecOps projects across cloud and hybrid platformsStrong working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)Deep expertise in Kubernetes (vanilla, EKS, AKS, OpenShift), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform)Security integration experience across the DevSecOps lifecycle, including:

SAST, DAST, SCA, and IAST tools (e.g., Checkmarx, Veracode, OWASP ZAP)Secrets management tools like HashiCorp VaultVulnerability management solutions such as Prisma CloudTesting frameworks like SeleniumFamiliarity with JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab/Jenkins-based CI/CD environmentsThe ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersSC clearance or willingness to undergo vettingWere looking for someone who operates at SFIA Level 6comfortable working autonomously, influencing at the highest levels, and delivering consistently excellent results
