Working pattern: 2 days per week

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you''ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll be speaking with customers, managing enquiries, converting opportunities into sales and helping ensure the store runs smoothly.

You''ll work closely with the Store Manager and wider team, while also being comfortable taking responsibility for the store when required.

• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
• Manage customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online.
• Convert enquiries into sales and work towards individual and store KPIs.
• Support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Maintain company, brand and operational standards.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist with administration, customer accounts and general store operations.
• Take responsibility for the store when required.
• Help create a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.

• Enthusiastic, positive and confident when dealing with customers.
• Previous experience within retail, sales, hospitality, leisure or another customer-focused environment.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently when required.
• Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
