This is a hands-on role working on void properties, repaird, maintenance and active works. Skills needed: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, vinyl floor laying (flat lay)This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail who takes pride in delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out snagging and finishing works on void propertiesPrepare properties for tenant handover to a lettable standardComplete a wide variety of finishing tasks including:Basic plumbing (e.g., taps, toilets, silicone sealing)Carpentry (e.g., doors, skirting, kitchen unit adjustments)Patch plastering and minor wall repairsPainting and decorating touch-upsFinal cleans and sealant applicationEnsure all work is completed within deadlines and in line with safety standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other tradesWork independently with minimal supervisionRequirements (Essential)Minimum 3 years'' experience in a multi-trade or finishing role within social housingOwn van and battery-powered toolsDriving licence with no more than 5 pointsGood understanding of health and safety on-siteStrong attention to detail and ability to manage workloadAble to complete a DBS check ..... full job details .....
