Job Summary
My Redditch client is seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will be experienced welding mild steel and Aluminium, using Jigs and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Experience welding mild steel and Aluminium, using Jigs and fixtures.
• Read and understand quality standards, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Legibly and accurately record activities on required documentation.
• Properly and safety use all tools/machinery necessary to run each job.
• Read and understand works orders.
• Help train any or all responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder, working on mild steel and aluminium.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Help train in any or all responsibilities.
• Weld test required.

Hours

• Monday - Thursday
• 39 hours between 6am-5:15pm.
• -13.00ph15.00
• Temp to Perm.
