Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong grasp of the National Curriculum
- Ability to meet the individual needs of all learners and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for supporting students'' academic and personal growth
- A team player who works well with colleagues and is committed to continuous improvement
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS and two professional references

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils in developing their literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
- Encouraging independence, collaboration, and social development in line with the schoolandrsquo;s values
- Adapting lessons to ensure all learners can access and succeed in the curriculum
- Promoting student well-being, including supporting pupils with personal care or medical needs where necessary
- Contributing to a school culture that celebrates achievement, creativity, and resilience
