Paint Shop Team Leader

– Location: Farnborough • Job Type: Permanent • Hours: 38 hours per week • Pay Rate: £16.50 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team within the paint shopSupport daily operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are metCarry out paint spraying as required, using a variety of techniques and finishesMonitor and maintain quality control processesTrain and support team members with tasks and developmentEnsure health and safety procedures are followed at all timesReport to management with updates and performance issuesRequirements

Proven experience in paint spraying (industrial, automotive or similar)Previous supervisory or team leading experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and soft leadership skillsAbility to motivate and guide a team effectivelyBenefits
