This role offers the chance to take full operational responsibility for a well-established service, while making a meaningful and lasting impact on peoples lives. About the role We are recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee a single adult residential service in Truro, supporting up to five individuals with high and complex needs. The service provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge, within a safe, structured, and homely environment. As Registered Manager, you will hold full accountability for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and positive outcomes for the people supported. You will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, including Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, and ensure the service consistently meets regulatory and organisational standards. The role includes participation in an on-call rota, which is incorporated into the salary.
