This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with sales progression experience, or someone with a conveyancing background, looking for a role offering a strong commission structure, bonuses and a supportive team environment. The Role As a Sales Progressor, you will: Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract Keep in regular contact with agents Communicate with vendors and purchasers Liaise effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers Arrange for contracts to be signed Update Managers on the sale process Maintain accurate information on the CRM and Vendor Portal Progress sales through to completion Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Sales Progressor requirements: Experience in Sales Progression or Conveyancing Brilliant customer service skills Great organisational skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders What''s on Offer?
