Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll and pensions: Oversee accurate and timely delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls, auto-enrolment, pensions, and colleague expenses.System management: Manage day-to-day processing and data entry utilizing the iTrent platform.Compliance and quality assurance: Maintain full compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, HMRC guidelines, and audit standards.Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation to reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency.Stakeholder collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, partnering with Finance, People, and third-party providers.Operational support: Provide dedicated support to the Payroll Team Leadership while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
