This role is perfect for someone who loves delivering smart electrical solutions across sectors like public, commercial, and education and wants to be part of projects that really matter.Key Responsibilities Lead project feasibility studies and deliver detailed electrical design from RIBA Stage 0-4.Prepare technical drawings and comprehensive electrical tender packages.Oversee electrical installations on site, ensuring quality and compliance.Conduct thorough electrical condition, pre-acquisition, dilapidation, and PPM surveys.Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting clients and guiding contractor designs.Work efficiently within established processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.Play an active role in growing and shaping the in-region MandE service offering.Contribute to developing effective commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
