Your primary goal will be to enable tenants to maintain their tenancies and achieve their aspirations for independent living.Key Responsibilities:Tenant Support and Management:- Guide tenants through the sign-up process, ensuring Housing Benefit applications are completed. - Address tenancy-related issues with professionalism and empathy, collaborating with on-site support staff to find solutions. - Provide expert advice on tenancy management, helping tenants overcome challenges and maintain their homes.
