Deputy Manager Role:

• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to all nightclub staff and operations
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance and guest experience
• Partner with the General Manager on long-term planning, policy creation and business growth
• Enforce club policies and work to maintain the venue''s energy, brand and profitability

About You:

• 3+ years in senior hospitality management
• Confident leader with strong people and performance skills
• Skilled in rota planning, stock control and cost management
• Passion for nightlife, music and high-energy environments
• Must hold anandnbsp;up-to-date personal alcohol license
