Summary We are looking for a Behaviour Support Officer to support our students at Harris Professional Skills Sixth Form. The actual salary for this role will be £26,129.22-£27,666.54 (39 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week). Main Areas of Responsibility Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the implementation of the Behaviour for Learning Policy The calm and purposeful entrance and exit of students into/out of and around the academy Ensuring students are monitored and supervised before school, during break and throughout lunch Managing late detentions Ensuring that students enter the building in full academy uniform and if not, following agreed procedures Ensuring that follow up action is taken for students failing to meet academy standards Following through any behaviour issues, such as taking student statements regarding incidents and passing these on Informally mentoring students on PSPs Ensuring issues relating to student safety are passed on to academy colleagues, in a timely manner, ..... full job details .....
