Mechanical Project Manager Commercial Fit-Out Location: Central London (Old Street to Victoria)Salary: £60,000 £70,000 per annum / Up to £85,000 for Senior Project ManagersBenefits: Travel expenses, overtime and additional benefitsEmployment Type: PermanentSector: Mechanical Building Services / Commercial Fit-Out and RefurbishmentThe Opportunity 360 Recruitment are currently working with an established mechanical contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fast-track commercial office fit-out projects, overseeing mechanical installations, plant, design coordination and associated building services works.Projects will predominantly be located between Old Street and Victoria, with the opportunity to work across a variety of technically challenging commercial environments, including potential life sciences projects.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical PM looking to join a well-established contractor offering long-term opportunities and a competitive salary package.Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical packages across fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion.
