Site Manager - Coventry - 3 Weeks Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, social housing, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a background in social housing, for the next 3 weeks in Coventry. The ideal candidate, will have experience working on social housing projects before and due to client payment methods this role will be P.A.Y.E ONLY. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets Proven experience managing similar social housing projects Strong health and safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of HandS compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
