Duties And Responsibilities Purpose The purpose of the Equipment Manager is to learn and develop their skills in not only equipment management but increase their experience in leading others and leading the business. They will lead others by taking charge of the controls equipment within our region and support the Operations teams with the status and readiness of OPG assets. By managing the equipment, they will grow their analytical skills and financial skills by using the management systems we have in place to best understand the gaps with equipment readiness, asset tracking, repair and maintenance cycles and utilization.
