We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to ensure that duties relating to regulatory compliance and the upkeep of the home are undertaken in accordance with our ''Homes Maintenance Operative Guide to Mandatory Duties and Supplementary Tasks'', working in line with the BandM Rose Model.
