Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced support and resolution for escalated infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability. Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Wintel environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement, configure, and manage virtualized environments using VMWare. Support and optimize email security and archiving solutions, particularly Mimecast. Administer and maintain Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure platforms. Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line teams to ensure a smooth escalation process and knowledge sharing. Participate in infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and procedures. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing systems.
