Temporary Part Time Accounts Administrator (phone number removed)ph, Outskirts of Ripon, flexible part time hours, 2 days per day. Due to the increase in business levels we are are currently recruiting a Temporary Part Time Accounts Administrator for this busy team based on the outskirts of Ripon. We are looking for someone to support the Finance Manager. Ideally with previous accounts experience or AAT qualifications. Due to an increase in business levels you will be required to process and input purchase orders and invoices on to the system. You will send out statements and manage reconciliations.This is a fully office based role but days and hours can be flexible. Temporary Part Time Accounts Administrator Duties include:Assisting with customer calls and invoice queriesManage accounts inboxProcess sales and purchase ordersCreate and send out invoices using the accounting softwareProcess invoices and invoice filingSend out statements and follow up any outstanding debts Temporary Part Time Accounts Administrator Requirements:You will have strong administration skills and a good head for numbersA good understanding of accounts processesAAT qualifications not essential but would be an advantagePrevious experience working in an accounts departmentGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office applicationsA keen eye for detailYou will ideally need your own transport due to office location This temporary part time accounts administrator role would suit someone who has previously ..... full job details .....
