We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistantandnbsp;to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Amersham, starting immediately.
About the Role
This full-time roleandnbsp;involves working in close partnership with the class teacher and SENCOandnbsp;to support pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. You will play a key role in helping children access the curriculum, develop confidence, and flourish within a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Proven experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)andnbsp;in a primary school setting
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approachandnbsp;to meeting individual pupil needs
- Excellent communication skillsandnbsp;and a strong ability to work collaborativelyandnbsp;within a team
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting the development of all learners
- Enhanced DBSandnbsp;registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
