The Process Engineer will be responsible for: Leading the scale-up of new technologies from RandD to full production. Working with epoxy, polyurethane compounds, and other liquid chemistries. Collaborating with RandD, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless process transfer and robust production capability. Driving continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency. Troubleshooting and optimizing existing manufacturing processes. Sourcing, specifying, and supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Developing clear and effective operating procedures and supporting the training of production staff. Supporting New Product Development with robust, repeatable, and safe manufacturing processes.
