Electro-Mechanical Coil WinderLocation: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Electro-Mechanical Coil Winder to join our manufacturing team in Sunbury-on-Thames. You will be responsible for building, assembling, testing, inspecting and repairing electro-mechanical products and assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, manufacturing instructions and quality standards. This is a practical manufacturing role suited to someone with strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble electro-mechanical components and assemblies from technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.Carry out assembly work on fans, motors, heaters and other electro-mechanical products.Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet required quality and performance standards.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or upgrades to electro-mechanical assemblies.Use a range of hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including torque drivers, micrometers and verniers.Carry out mechanical operations including drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing and lubrication.Connect cables and wiring in accordance with technical specifications.Complete functional testing and inspections, identifying and resolving issues where required.Maintain accurate manufacturing and quality documentation.Follow all ..... full job details .....
