Hands-on UK Payroll Experience - ESSENTIAL Candidates should have solid, practical experience managing/processing UK payroll, not simply providing payroll administration support. End-to-End Payroll Processing - ESSENTIAL Look for candidates who have handled the full monthly payroll cycle, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, benefits and other payroll amendments, through to payroll completion. ADP Payroll Experience - STRONGLY PREFERRED The Bank currently processes payroll through ADP ihcm. Candidates with hands-on ADP experience should therefore be prioritised. The role involves checking monthly HR changes in ADP and committing payroll. UK Statutory Payroll Knowledge - ESSENTIAL Candidates should demonstrate practical knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, P11Ds, P60s, PSA and statutory year-end payroll activities. Payroll Reconciliation and Accounting Knowledge - ESSENTIAL Look for experience with payroll reconciliation, GL postings and identifying/correcting payroll accounting discrepancies.
