Gap Personnel is currently supporting a well- established manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team in a role where HR is truly integral to the business.About the Role as HR Advisor:The successful candidate will provide expert HR support and advice across a broad range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. You will be a key point of contact for managers and senior leaders, helping to drive HR initiatives that support both people and business objectives.Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor: Deliver practical and compliant HR advice to the senior leadership team and managers.Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes.Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively.Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with discretion and confidentiality.Keep the business up to date with relevant employment law changes.Promote positive employee engagement and a supportive workplace culture. Candidate Requirements as a HR Advisor: Previous experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification is essential to support the company s compliance with employment laws.Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.Excellent interpersonal and communication ..... full job details .....
