This role is crucial in ensuring that tenants live in well-maintained homes, joining a best-in-class housing repairs team.Your new role Your new role as a Repairs Supervisor will see you oversee a team of Repairs Operatives, and contractors, ensuring that issues with tenants homes are correctly diagnosed, and the correct remedial actions are taken. Your duties will include:Leading the team to ensure a high quality of repairs work is undertaken, in line with legislation and guidance.Yourself complete post-inspections to ensure works are completed to a high standard.Support your team with regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.Ensure high professional standards from your team in this front-line role.What you''ll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you will ideally have similar experience in a management role within social housing, or senior inspection/operative experience in similar environments.
