Are you a passionate and fluent Modern Foreign Languages Teacher, with a specialism in French and/or Spanish, eager to share your love for language and culture with bright young women? We''re looking for a fantastic permanent, full-time teacher to join our Outstanding girls'' school in Barnet this September. This is an excellent opportunity to cultivate a real appreciation for languages and their rich cultures in students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (aged 11-16), and potentially Key Stage 5. What you''ll be doing: You''ll plan and deliver engaging French and/or Spanish lessons that develop students'' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, tailored for girls. The role involves fostering an appreciation for European and Spanish cultures and encouraging students to communicate confidently in the languages. You''ll cultivate a dynamic and interactive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate and develop their linguistic abilities. What we''re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in French and/or Spanish. Native or near-native fluency in French and/or Spanish is, of course, essential. Experience teaching engaging and effective MFL lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 for girls is highly desirable.
