You will mainly deal with properties affected by subsidence, as well as offering technical support to your colleagues. The Role Handle a portfolio of major and complex subsidence claims involving landslips, sinkholes/voids and alternative intervention methods, on a project managed basisAbility to create and deliver training to engineers and staffConduct subsidence audits and ensure engineering standardsInvolvement in the development of repair stage systems and scheduling applicationsAttend site to carry out technical assessments and the investigation of claimsDetermine causation / defect diagnosis and policy liabilityDecline claims where appropriateDetermine nature and extent of damagePrepare / submit full ABI reports, outlining findings and recommendationsOversee complex repair schemes, sub-structure and super-structureLiaise with contractors and all relevant external suppliersWork closely with and support the Contractor NetworkReview claims and deal with variations Skills / Qualifications Prior subsidence / Loss Adjusting experienceIdeally you will be MRICS, IStrucE, MICE, C.BuildE qualified although this is not essentialStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service, organizational and communication skills Interested applicants should apply online or ..... full job details .....
