Client: My client are a mechanical and electrical building services contractor specialising in high end residential, commercial, laboratory and hospital projects across London and the home counties. Trading for over 20 years, our client is recognised as a market leading MEP contractor. Projects can range from £2m - £10m+ MEP value. Role/Responsibilities: Management of subcontractor labour All health and safety Progress Reporting Review and amend RAMS Understanding of design and drawings Snagging Testing and commissioning Driving job Pre - construction Overseeing all installation and managing a large group Quality assurance The ideal candidate: Have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role Hold a current SSSTS / CSCS Must have experience running Electrical Projects over £1M Ideally have experience within the residential or commercial sector.
