Create product designs, feasibility studies, and prototypes, improving them through testing and feedback. Design reliable, manufacturable products that meet performance and compliance requirements. Use 3D CAD, engineering drawings, and prototyping to develop practical design solutions. Select suitable materials and manufacturing methods, including injection moulding, die casting, extrusion, and sheet metal. Maintain accurate CAD models and engineering documentation. Carry out engineering analyses such as tolerance studies, FMEA, DFSS, mould flow reviews, and FEA.
