Sales and Office Administrator – Estate AgencyLocation: SW London (onsite)Salary: £30,000 – £35,000We are working with a well-established estate agency in South West London who are seeking a Sales and Office Administrator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior estate agency administration experience, looking for a role that combines sales support with wider office management responsibilities.The role will be split approximately 70% sales administration and 30% office management, offering variety and the chance to play a central role in both the sales process and the smooth running of the office.The Role
Sales Administration
Preparing property particulars, sales correspondence, and contractsCarrying out AML checksManaging CRM systems and maintaining accurate recordsProducing reports and assisting with compliance checksOffice Management
Acting as the first point of contact in the office – greeting clients and handling callsOverseeing office supplies, equipment, and general facilitiesProviding administrative support to directors and negotiatorsMaintaining a professional and organised office environmentAbout you
Previous estate agency experience is essential – ideally within an administrative or sales support capacityStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detailConfident communicator with a professional, approachable mannerAble to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, reliable, and solutions-focusedWhat’s on Offer
