A leading building technology and controls specialist is looking for an experienced Data Centre Sales Manager to support its continued growth within the critical infrastructure market. This is a senior, consultative sales role focused on developing new opportunities, expanding strategic accounts and delivering technically robust solutions for data centre environments. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop data centre sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award Build long-term relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and project stakeholders Manage and expand key customer accounts while generating new business Understand clients'' operational, environmental and commercial objectives Develop technically credible and commercially competitive building controls and infrastructure solutions Produce accurate estimates, proposals, presentations and cost-benefit analyses Lead commercial negotiations, overcome objections and close profitable business Promote service, retrofit and upgrade solutions across existing data centre facilities Identify opportunities for multi-year service and maintenance agreements Work closely with design, estimating, engineering and project delivery teams Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting About You Proven sales or business development experience within data centres, critical infrastructure or a closely related technical market Strong knowledge of BMS, building ..... full job details .....
