Learning and Development Business PartnerLandD Business Partner12 months InterimManufacturingBirminghamHybridClient DetailsPageGroup are delighted to support a leading national manufacturing business based in Birmingham with the appointment of a Learning and Development Business Partner to join for a 12 month interim contract.This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days onsite per week.DescriptionWorking as part of a wider HR team, this Learning and Development Business Partner role will involve taking full responsibility for the full LandD lifecycle for a multi-site manufacturing business, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders from entry level to leadership, designing and delivering blended learning programs and also working on the LandD strategy for the organisation.Duties will include but not limited to:Design and deliver impactful blended learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.Support leadership development initiatives within the organisation.Manage budgets related to learning and development projects.Act as a trusted advisor on talent development strategies to senior management.Update and maintain the LMSShape the talent pipeline, leading on apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance, quality, and meaningful career pathways.ProfileA ..... full job details .....
