In this role, you will support the wider production team in creating high-quality malted ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and wants to develop a multi-skilled career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlant Operations: Operate plant equipment to optimum performance levels to meet the production schedule. This includes transferring grain through key production stages like Steeping, Germination, and Kilning.Quality and Process Control: Follow production process cards exactly according to the recipe. Take routine samples for visual inspections and moisture content analysis, documenting all findings accurately.Maintenance and Engineering: Work closely with the engineering department to report faults using our CMMS system, helping to minimize production downtime.Hygiene and Food Safety: Maintain production areas to high hygiene standards to meet food safety and HACCP plans.
