EMPLOYMENT BASIS: Permanent role Office-based HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The primary purpose of this role is to increase project success by tracking quotes and opportunities that have not yet been secured, using a CRM system. Day-to-day activities include outbound calling, relationship building, and updating project information within the CRM. The role also involves telesales activity to new and lapsed customers. TEAM FUNCTION: The team is responsible for maintaining regular contact with a wide customer network, proactively following up on projects and opportunities until they are successfully converted.
