The Role As a Quality Engineer, you ll work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure their products meet stringent customer and regulatory standards. You ll be involved in a variety of quality assurance and control activities, supporting key processes like NPI and Product Realisation to achieve KPIs. Responsibilities Ensure the quality of all processed products, interfacing with internal and external customers and suppliers on quality matters. Handle non-conforming products, First Articles, PPAP documentation, reworking routings, and customer quality notifications. Submit article concessions, First Article Inspection Reports, and PPAP Documentation. Create QMS procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans for NPI and Product Realisation. Lead or support RCCA workshops to establish effective corrective and preventive actions. Monitor FMEA, Control Plans, and data-driven improvements.
