Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to a range of aerospace products. Working to strict standards and specifications, you will ensure that all surfaces are finished to the highest levels of accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities Prepare product surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking. Apply undercoats and topcoats using a variety of application techniques. Mix and thin paints in accordance with technical specifications. Conduct visual inspections to verify quality and finish uniformity. Maintain compliance with company procedures and client standards. Ensure proper care and basic maintenance of painting equipment. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. About You Proven experience in paint finishing, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
