A highly regarded top tier practice with a strong London presence is looking forandnbsp;an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment team.

andnbsp;

andnbsp;The team advises a broad client base andndash; from SMEs to larger corporates andndash; on the full range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Typical work includes advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment contracts and policies, redundancies and restructures, settlement agreements, and day-to-day HR matters. The team also represents clients in Employment Tribunal claims and disputes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE and experience of advising both employees and employers, including handling both respondent and claimant matters. They are also happy to consider candidates up to senior associate level. You will be joining a well-resourced team with experienced senior lawyers, offering excellent supervision and development opportunities.
