We have a rare opportunity for an experienced social media professional with a passion for health and wellbeing to join our dynamic and talented team. You’ll be responsible for every aspect of our social media communications from start to finish, leading on strategy through to planning, creating and implementing social content across all of our social media channels. You will also play a pivotal role in building and connecting with our highly engaged and loyal Liz Earle Wellbeing community, responding to comments and queries from our followers.With a blend of creative vision and strategic clarity, you’ll join us at an exciting time for Liz Earle Wellbeing, driving growth, elevating our presence, and inspiring loyalty and trust from our audience.Who we areAt Liz Earle Wellbeing, we believe the second half of life can be the most vibrant, fulfilling and empowered chapter yet. We also run a sought-after affiliate marketing programme for Liz-approved brands and products that support our wellbeing.The rolePlanning, creation and scheduling all social media content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, promoting our podcasts, publications, campaigns and affiliate partnershipsLiaising with our partner brands to deliver compelling commercial content, on brief and on timeCreating scripts and briefs and directing and editing video content featuring talentManaging the Content Producer who will assist in capturing images and video contentAnalysing and using insights from our social media data to optimise reach of content and develop multiplatform strategiesProducing monthly social reports to wider teamKeeping up to date with relevant trends and news stories, identifying content gaps and new content opportunitiesResponding to all comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube and continuing to grow the Liz Earle Wellbeing communityOverseeing a weekly @LizEarleWellbeing Instagram/Facebook LiveDeveloping and growing our LinkedIn channel to promote commercial partnershipsSupporting strategy and content as required on Liz’s Earle’s own Instagram @LizEarleMeRequirementsProven experience in managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), with previous work in beauty, wellbeing or lifestyle an advantageProven track record in content creation using Adobe InDesign, Canva or other relevant software, and video editing skills Premiere Pro, CapCut or other relevant softwareAbility to analyse social media data to monitor performance, guide strategy and produce reportsA true team player with a positive attitudePrevious experience of managing a direct reportMeticulous attention to detailUnflappable under pressure, and able to deliver work at a consistently high standardExcellent communication skills, comfortable at dealing with all levels of staffConfident in taking the initiative in order to achieve desired resultsA self-starter, brilliant at time management, able to work on their own as well as part of a teamA great problem-solver able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approachesAdaptable and hands-on, willing to take on additional projects and go the extra mile to support all colleaguesAkeen interest in health and wellbeing areessential25 days’ holiday with extra days earned for length of serviceEarly finish FridaysRemote working with occasional days required in our London studiosFlexible working around core hoursInterested?Please send your CV and a covering letter telling us why you’re our ideal candidate to hq@lizearlewellbeing.com before Friday 10th October.
