Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair centre in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to work with a successful bodyshop team, repairing vehicles to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs to body panels, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing damaged panels to manufacturer standards.
• Using body alignment jigs and welding equipment as required.
• Ensuring all panel repairs meet safety and quality checks.
• Working alongside the paint and workshop teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop / accident repair environment.
• ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Panel Repair (preferred but not essential).
• Strong welding and body alignment skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
