Job Title: Senior Associate SustainabilityLocation: ReadingJob Type: PermanentSalary: £65,000 - £80,000Key Responsibilities for the Senior Associate Sustainability: Lead One Click LCA, whole life carbon and circular economy assessments from concept through to delivery.Undertake IES modelling to support energy strategies, compliance assessments and optimisation of building performance.Produce and lodge EPCs (SAP/SBEM) to Level 5, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Carry out overheating and heat loss calculations, advising design teams on mitigation strategies and fabric/MEP improvements.Conduct energy optimisation audits, analysing building performance data and identifying cost-effective energy and carbon reduction measures.Deliver daylighting modelling studies to inform façade design, internal layouts and occupant comfort.Manage projects end-to-end, including scope definition, programme management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and quality control of deliverables.Prepare high-quality reports and present findings and recommendations to clients and design teams in a clear, concise manner.
