Additionally, you ll collaborate with teachers, implement behavior management strategies, and contribute to maintaining accurate records. Your empathy, effective communication, and adaptability will be key assets in fostering student well-being and academic progress. Working in a highly regarded school''s in Bishop Auckland, we have relationships with a vartiety of SEND Schools. Currently looking for staff who will be ready for the start of the September term.RequirementsThe requirements for the Classroom Care Assitant position are: Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults. Be resilient and able to meet demands of a special school setting. Understands the needs of students with learning difficulties.Be reliable in both attendance and punctuality.
