We are looking for a proactive and motivated-Repairs Supervisor-to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused-repairs service across their homes.

You will be based-in Birmingham in the office and on site 5 days a week!

Role- Repairs Supervisor
Contract length- Immediate sick cover-
Pay- -3034 an hour via umbrella
Areas to coverLeicester, Coventry, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and Northampton

Repairs Supervisor-duties:

• Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Monitor productivity, performance and service +targets, taking corrective action where required.
• Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.

To succeed as the-Repairs Supervisor, you need:

• Experience supervising repairs or construction-related teams.
• Strong knowledge of repairs and property maintenance.
• Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
• Excellent people skills
