Key-responsibilities:

• Act-as-the-primary-contact-for-partners,-ensuring-strong-engagement- and-performance
• Lead-onboarding-and-launch-of-new-distribution-partners
• Monitor-partner-performance-and-support-delivery-of-growth-strategies- (marketing-etc)
• Collaborate-with-internal-teams,-reinsurers,-and-partners-to-develop- innovative-insurance-propositions
• Act-as-an-SME-and-referral-point-for-partner-enquiries-
• Assist-with-team-strategy
