Food and Beverage Team Supervisor include

:Duty manage the designated Outlet, supervising the food and beverage team on shift in the preparation and service of food and/or beveragesServe food and/or beverages as appropriate and required by the outletOversee bookings and orders respond to customer enquiries immediatelyServe customers in a friendly and helpful mannerCollect and evaluate customer feedbackAllocate and monitor staff breaksAssist in the recruitment and subsequent Induction of any F and B Assistants/ F and B Team LeadersTrain and coach F and B Assistants and Team LeadersKeep outlet displays and fridges well stocked and tidyKeep preparation areas and seating areas clean and tidy and free from rubbish.
