Are you from a Mechanical Maintenance Engineering background, looking to step into a supervisory role within a growing, bespoke manufacturer that supplies to globally renowned blue-chip companies? Would you like to take full ownership of the production floor, with opportunities for further technical training and career progression?

This is a fantastic, days-based opportunity to be technically challenged in a role that combines hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibilities. You will oversee the full production team while being supported by the Factory Manager, with further scope for progression and machinery training to become a subject matter expert.

The company are leaders in their industry and are going from strength to strength. Due to their continued success, they are now looking to add to their closeknit team.

This role will suit someone from a Maintenance Engineering background with some supervisory, man-management or team leader experience looking to join a growing bespoke manufacturer.

The Role:
*Maintenance RM & PPM across the site + Operating
*Monday to Friday - Days
*Further technical training, working on mechanical machinery

The Person:
*Previous background in Maintenance Engineering
*Looking to work as part of a small close-knit maintenance team
